Our opening hours are:

Monday to Thursday, from 9.30am to 9pm.
Friday: 10am to 2pm and 4pm to 8pm.

Occasionally, we open on Saturdays for consultation, talks or courses.

Informative visit:

We usually offer a 30 minute informative visit, free of charge, before starting therapy. This visit is recommended for those who do not have previous experience in psychotherapy or would like to have more information before starting a therapeutic process. It also helps us choose the most appropriate type of treatment for the specific needs of each client.

Frequency:

The frequency of the sessions depends on the type of treatment and each individual’s needs. Usually, the visits are scheduled weekly or every two weeks.
Length of Treatment: the duration of a treatment may vary depending on several factors: mainly, on the complexity and kind of problem, the client’s motivation and the objectives that are set. We usually work based on a brief therapy approach (between 8 and 12 sessions). Once the treatment is concluded, some follow-up sessions may be suggested.

Prices:

We do discounts for people with economic difficulties or limited income.

Payment: payments are made after each session in cash or by credit/debit card. Other types of payment are also possible, such as check or bank transfer.

Cancellations: we kindly ask to be notified of any cancellations 24h in advance. If we are not informed within the stipulated time, we charge a fee of 50% up to 100% of the cost of the session, depending on the circumstances and timing of  the cancellation.

Confidentiality: all the information shared with the therapists, as well as all personal details, is strictly confidential.
